A new phase of my life is about to begin, my global journeys and galactic dreaming is represented in this painting that i finished today.

A new reality is dawning, the noosphere will be our normal understanding as we unite with the earth and all the species in a galactic brotherhood of all star nations.
We live on a beautiful planet and it's in this time that we as a species have the great opportunity to get it together and learn how to truly love and honor the gift that we have as inhabitants of this world. Our forests need protection, support, and love in the form of sustainable and resilient developmental programs.
Over the last 2 years I have been investigating the technologies that we have now in existence able to meet this challenge. I spent the last year and a half in various parts of Brasil working with wonderful brothers and sisters so dedicated to taking care of our home planet, and I have been so touched and inspired to do everything I can to support this work.
5 years ago when I made a trip to the Peruvian Amazon, I was asked by a circle of Jaguar Shamans to help the forests, they performed ceremony and initiated me as a defender of the Amazon. Not so surprising then when years later I found myself working on developing sustainable development programs with some of the most cutting edge earth healers in Brasil.
It's great to know that the technology exists now to turn around the civilizational advance and chronic dysfunction of the technological world, to turn it into a new movement of green technology, and a whole earth science that allows all of humanity to participate in the most magnificent evolution of our planet. This is a planet wide, species wide movement, and even though the problems at times seem insurmountable, the truth is that we are destined to become a planet of intelligent culture shining as a jewel of wisdom in the galactic night sky.
The Forest Light is a program of resilient development and includes an array of elements necessary for sustainable development. These include:
- Garbage Recycling technology and a new relationship between man and materials
- Organic resins and fuels grown in innovative, abundant and highly bio-diverse successional agroforestry techniques
- Permaculture and community development and education techniques
-Ecological architecture and bio-construction
- Whole systems planning to integrate all levels of development for efficient and attainable outcomes
- Economic modeling and planning for sustainable financial development
- New energy technologies with existing pathways from development to marketplace
- Cultural exchange programs making the most of global community for a shared response to the re-development process
- Indigenous cultures integrating new technologies and sharing ancient wisdom and knowledge
The forest light network exists as a unified movement spanning several South American countries, with large programs running in Brasil, Peru and Ecuador, and Networks reaching to Australia, Indonesia, North America and Europe. Our partners range from community groups, major universities, private business, all levels of government, UN organisations, NGOs, Indigenous groups and sovereign individuals.

Below is a message from the Forest, Hushahu, Medicine Woman of the Yawanawa tribe of Acre, Brasil
It was in 2003, and the first time that I had travelled out of Australia I was on my way to Scotland, the land of my blood when Ayahuasca first crossed my path. I was visiting a friend in Wales who was talking about a journey he was about to make to the Brazilian Amazon to attend an Ayahuasca Healing seminar.
I had very little knowledge of Ayahuasca at that time, I had heard much about DMT in Australia through friends and others around Melbourne and festivals in Victoria, but I'd been a bit put off by what seemed to me to be a macho attitude held by the people who seemed to have access to it. I knew at the time that it was something I would pursue, but I would wait for a time where I felt the sacredness of the experience could be fully felt.

As it turned out my friend in Wales had an extra space available for his friend that had now pulled out of the Ayahuasca journey to Brazil, and he suggested that I go with him on the journey. Wow, I had asked for Ayahuasca to find me, I didn't want to go chasing after it as that is not the way that I walk, now she was calling me. Only trouble was that I was in the UK and didn't have the money to make the journey to Brazil. As the flow of the universe would have it, the very next day I was contacted by a friend in Australia who had recently come by some money and he wrote and expressed his offer to assist my journey financially if there was anything I needed. "Well, actually... " I wrote back "I've just been invited to an Ayahuasca Healing seminar in the Amazon, and it feels like I'm being called there". Not an easy thing to explain to someone, I didn't know much about Ayahuasca at this stage and knew absolutely nothing about the cult of personalities and Ayahuasca celebrities and all the talking heads over the internet etc. Perhaps if I had seen that side of it first I may have been put off, as it was I was headed to the Amazon very green.
Surely enough as things turned out I ended up in Brazil for the first time July 2003, culminating in one of the most profound experiences of my life on the 10 Skywalker, Day Out of Time, July 26 2003, in Ayahuasca ceremony with Pablo Amaringo (see above photo). The seminar itself was held just outside of Manaus in the Brazilian state of Amazonas, a stunning place in the floating jungle the tide was high, the jungle lush with life and abundance of spirit.

Siliva Polivoy was the host and organiser of the seminar, she's from Buenos Aires and a wonderful healer and now a good friend of mine. The whole seminar was run beautifully with every detail taken care of. We were blessed by the presence of Don Pablo who joined us in ceremony singing Icaros and journeying with us. My experiences with he and Silvia were the most profound and deep cosmic journeys of my life. There was a beautiful harmony with the feminine presence of Silvia and her sacred space that worked so well with the masculine magic of Don Pablo. I will write many more stories about my time with Don Pablo and Silvia.
I'm thinking of this time now as I have begun a new series of paintings, the first one is just about finished and represents a new phase in my life. Don Pablo inspired and taught me to paint my visions, he taught me more than i can even comprehend now, nearly 8 years later. after ceremony the locals would take us out in boats into the Amazon and we would just absorb the jungle, sounds smells, vibrations, energy, and then Don Pablo would be with us with his art and we would sit for the day painting our visions together. The imprint in me was so strong that I've been painting ever since.
It was a beautiful blessing that I was able to spend this time with Don Pablo in ceremony and to learn so much from him. Now that he has passed I feel even more inspired to honour everything he taught me, also during a subsequent visit I made to him in Peru some years later, and now in my dreams he comes a lot, in my visions and sometimes in my journeys i can still hear his songs. It's a great feeling to know I have such wisdom guiding me by a true master, filled with compassion and humility.
In mid 2010 I spent 2 months with Silvia at her new retreat centre in Bahia, Brazil, and this time I wrote many songs, some inspired by the medicine and the jungle and I hope to complete them as an accompaniment to this new art series. Siliva still runs retreats in Brazil with the Ayahuasca medicine, and it is this space with her that I feel able to heal so deeply my past and the earth, where I feel the medicine is truly respected as well as space being given to all people there to do the inner work that is so important to us all. I began painting in 2003 after spending two weeks in the Amazon participating in Ayahusaca ceremonies with Ayahuasceiro and visionary artist Pablo Amaringo. This time in my life i look back on now as being a moment of deep transformation. The first ceremony we did together, I remember Pablos singing Icaros as perhaps the most beautifual and cosmic sounds I've ever heard, even until now. He took me on a very cosmic journey, and inspired me to paint my visions. I will write more about my experiences with Pablo in later blogs.
Dreaming of the Sun is a collection of artworks and a film that I created in 2007 in Sydney, Australia. I had just returned from 5 months in Hawaii, California, Brasil and Peru. On my second trip to Brasil I was invited to facilitate art classes at the Ayahusaca Healing retreat in Bahia. It was during this time that I received these visions. The story is deep and unfolding still, it's an endless journey in reality.
It is a story of the one world spirit, a story across time and space, where the prophecy and our history are of the same source of intelligence. All the timelines and songlines are connected to a single point in time and for out galaxy that is Hunab Ku. as we reach zero-point in our galactic cycle all history and future merge into a mysterious evolution in time.
My mission i feel in this life is to transcend this human game of life on earth, to become truly free and liberate my souls journey in time. Spirit calls me on. It is the indigenous spirit of the earth that vibrates a galactic song in resonance with our galactic brotherhoods. The Dreaming of the Sun is the dreaming of new life emerging from the old, though the mystery to which it takes us is beyond comprehension. When we learn to fly we will get there, and its through the tribal drum beat of the earths spirit that we set the frequency.
This is beyond technology, or perhaps is the most awesome technology yet to be recovered, the technology of the mind, the superhuman to the suprahuman. It's under the vast desert sky, where alone, without the distractions of the historical mind-world and its social glamours and techno buzz that we can find the purity to evolve beyond the top step of the Pyramid of materialism...
There is a sound, its coming... can you hear it? Can we afford not to hear it?
We are all of the same tribe. Many different humans with different looks, skin colour, culture, we come from different lands, sing different songs, but we all share a common spirit and live on this beautiful planet together.
Lewis Walker of the Bunjalung Yeagl Gambangah mob is a good friend of mine and an elder of our community here in Byron Bay and surrounds. Lewis walks a path of spirit and he is tuned to the rhythms and nature of this, his native land. Its a great honour to have Lewis here with us, his strong and proud traditional wisdom and his vision for a future together of all tribes and people is a beacon of light for a positive future in times of great uncertainty and confusion.
There is no uncertainty in Lewis's call for our togetherness and the need to come together to share healing and music so we can sing the dream of the future together. The mighty gift that we have in this time of great change as the institutions of our society crumble and the earth spins a new pattern of life, is that the traditional knowledge of this land is still alive.
So i would like to open my blog and share Lewis' vision for all and extend this invitation to all the rainbow tribe around the world to come and gather on this sacred land, Ngnulingar Jagun (Our Land) with our tribal elders in a spirit or Gurimah (Respect).
